Terms and Conditions for Booking at Bushido Tattoo

At Bushido Tattoo, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have outlined our terms and conditions for booking. Please read these carefully before making an appointment.


Booking Fees

A non-refundable booking fee must be paid to secure your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require more than 72 hours' notice; otherwise, your booking fee will be forfeited, and a new fee will be required to rebook. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will also result in the loss of your booking fee.

Each booking allows for one reschedule. If a second reschedule is needed, a new booking fee will be required. Booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.


Proof of Age

You must be 18 years old or older to receive a tattoo, as required by law. Parental consent does not override this regulation. Please bring a valid photo ID, such as a passport or driving license, to confirm your age. Failure to produce acceptable ID will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the forfeiture of your booking fee.

Consent Forms

All clients must complete a consent form prior to their tattoo session. This form confirms that you are over 18 and in good health. We will not tattoo individuals who are pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. By signing the consent form, you acknowledge your eligibility to be tattooed.

Medical Issues

If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact us to discuss rescheduling. Certain ongoing medical conditions, such as heart issues, high blood pressure, diabetes, or skin conditions, may impact the tattoo process. It is your responsibility to inform your artist of any medical conditions during your consultation. The studio is not obligated to ask about your medical history, so please communicate any concerns proactively.

Artwork and Design Policy

Due to our busy schedule, finalized artwork and designs for booked appointments will only be shared a few days before your session. Rest assured, this ensures that your design receives the attention and care it deserves. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Payment

Booking fees are required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, bank transfers, or PayPal.

If you are unable to complete your tattoo session for any reason, the full session balance will still be due.


Photographs and Consent

Photographs and videos may be taken during your appointment, primarily of the completed tattoo and occasionally during the process. By booking with us, you consent to the use of these images on our website and social media channels.

Aftercare and Touch-Ups

Your artist will provide detailed aftercare instructions after completing your tattoo. Please follow these carefully, as the studio is not responsible for improperly healed tattoos. Touch-ups due to improper aftercare will incur a fee. Free touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion for tattoos that have healed naturally.

Treatment of Staff

Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward staff will not be tolerated. This includes in-person interactions as well as online communication. Such behavior will result in cancellation of appointments, loss of booking fees, and being banned from future bookings. The staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
