Japanese Tattoos
This is a selection of Paul's Japanese style Tattoos.

While Paul is more than capable of Tattooing most styles to a high standard, these days his primary focus is on Japanese style Tattooing. This incorporates large flowing designs and traditional imagery to tell his clients personal stories.

"While I work across a wide range of tattoo styles, Japanese tattooing holds a special place in my heart. There’s a depth and intention to this tradition that goes beyond aesthetics—each piece is designed to flow with the body, telling a story that is both personal and timeless.
Clients often gravitate toward Japanese designs when they’re looking to commemorate meaningful life experiences or express their identity in a powerful, symbolic way. The bold, simplified imagery and strong contrast between rich black backgrounds and vibrant motifs give the work a striking presence that stands out and endures.
What makes Japanese tattooing truly unique is its foundation in centuries-old principles. It's not subject to fleeting trends—it’s built to last, crafted with purpose, and meant to age gracefully on the skin. Every piece in this portfolio reflects that philosophy: art that is as visually compelling as it is lasting.

Paul 'Bushido' Jeffery
Large scale pieces

This selection of photos is the work we have completed on Paul so far in his journey to wear a full bodysuit. I think this is roughly 2 and a half years work.
Paul is an amazingly strong and consistent client and I love working on his suit. We've recently just started expanding onto his legs and I really can't wait to see the whole suit finished.
All of the images within this are representative of different aspects and times in Paul's life and different styles of Tattooing have been used to suggest different time periods in his life.

James is another client that will potentially end up wearing a full bodysuit. This work is in a more Neojapanese modern style and incorperates 3/4 style sleeves rather than coming down to the wrists. For now the main background has been left off the back piece so we can incorporate the ribs without compromising the overall flow of the piece.
Sleeves and other pieces

This is a selection of sleeves, leg sleeves and various other pieces in different styles of Japanese including black and grey and colour work.
